Attention Teachers! The WITS Poster, Video, and Photo Contest is back!

We are excited to re-launch our annual multi-media contest open to all students in Canadian elementary schools that use the WITS Programs.

Teachers, please encourage your students to share their experiences with WITS strategies. Students can express themselves creatively, using their favourite medium. They can draw or paint–by hand or digitally–to make a poster. They can take photographs. They can even shoot and edit short videos!
We will be awarding three prizes for each of three submission categories: poster, photo, and video!

Prizes

PRIZE 1
Peter H Reynolds print + three (3) of his books, signed!  + one WITS school Subscription ($365 value)o!

PRIZE 2
Ten (10) books + $500 WITS store credit + one WITS school Subscription ($365 value)

PRIZE 3
Five (5) books + $250 of Indigo gift cards + one WITS school Subscription ($365 value) 

Submission Details

Teachers, along with your students’ submissions, remember to include:

  • the name of your school,
  • the student’s name, grade, and age

You can submit student work to WITS digitally. The file requirements:

  • Posters in PDF, JPG or PNG format, maximum 1 MB
  • Photos in JPG or PNG format, maximum 6 MB
  • Videos in MP4 or MOV format, less than 90 seconds, maximum 15 Mb.
